  • "The Transition Years": a VIRTUAL meeting with MSN (Middle School Network) and RAY (Reaching All Youth) focused on the "transition years" across our landscape. We will take a closer look at these major transitions points in small groups: looking at the preschool-K transition, 5-6th grade, 8-9th grade and 12th-postsecondary. The Big Question: how can we better support young people, families and each other at these crucial times? Tues, Dec 14th, 10am-noon, don't miss it!
